THIS PRODUCT WILL ABSOLUTELY SCREW-UP ON YOU AT SOME POINT. When it does, you will be STUCK WITH NETGEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. These people are all somewhere in the middle of the Philippines sir-ing and ma'am-ing their way through the conversation with no resolution for at least ONE MONTH. When they offer to finally do something about it, THEY WILL MESS THAT UP, TOO. They frequently ignore emails, no matter how kind or mean, and when you file a complaint with the BBB, they will ignore that too. This heap of tech garbage, though a good idea, simply does not last. The tech is shoddy and they were just "good enough" to sell to Netgear and then they stopped caring. They have zero Goodwill in their company. I plan to make sure EVERYBODY knows what they're in for when this stupid thing messes up. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. If you hear your friends, co-workers, etc. are going to buy one, remind them that the price of the product is too much to justify the risk of it not working and them having ZERO recourse because Netgear's customer service is just THAT. BAD.
