Warranty NOT valid if you open it!
My laminator was working completely fine for about 10 uses, but when there was a blockage, I unscrewed the back to check out the problem. There was a sheet stuck that I wasn’t able to remove. So, I called customer support, told them the problem, and they said that since I opened the device, it was no longer protected under warranty. I find this to be completely ridiculous.
