Product description in Amazon for this product indicates that you can set 30 minute increments up to 18 hours, and that it has a countdown display. This is incorrect - the model only allows 2 hour increments for cooking, only goes to 10 hours, and the "countdown display" is the red light moving down from your initial time setting to each 2-hour setting below it as cooking progresses. So, I guess you know your meal will be ready within a 2 hour window... unit arrived fine, haven't cooked yet - deciding whether to return it due to lack of programming flexibility.
