Beyond Disappointing! All my life I had used an Oral B Electric Toothbrush and always received great reviews from my dentist. Even so, he recommended I give Sonicare Diamond Clean a try. After adjusting to the Sonicare Diamond Clean, I must admit I fell in love with the toothbrush! Loved it! Unfortunately, this was short-lived as the brush started acting funny, wasn't able to handle the slightest pressure which is all I ever apply in the first place, if any pressure at all. I let the brush do the work, you don't need to apply pressure with an electric toothbrush, just hold the brush to the tooth and let it do the rest! I already had put a new Sonicare branded diamond clean brush head on it, to no avail. So, I contacted customer support and the response was all these different things "I" could try to get the brush to work properly. Really? The brush isn't even a year old and that's the response!?? Forget IT, I just got out my trusty Oral B and put a new brush-head on it and I'm home again! I wanted to love and did for a short time, the Sonicare Diamond Clean but I guess I got a lemon and the company doesn't back their product. So, "I'm DONE!" SAVE your Money and Do NOT buy Sonicare anything! They won't back you when you need them!
