For the first six months this product was a life saver however, when things went south, they went south fast. When functioning, this product has an outstanding battery life and gives a reliable means out creating wake up routines. Our product soon began malfunctioning and it was something out of a creepy sci-fi movie. I would set a "light-only" wake up indicator and instead the "alarm" function would begin blaring at 3 AM. I would go shut it off, correct the alarm time and console my child only to hear the function beginning again a few minutes later. I finally resolved to swap the batteries and begin fresh, but the problem persisted. In fact, it became even more strange as I would set the alarm and clock time only to watch the numbers tick to random intervals right away and erase or reschedule the alarm time. After attempting to contact the seller I had zero response and finally we took the batteries out. This would be a great product if it lasted.
