First, this is an exceptional book which everyone should read. Second, this book is almost impossible to read due to the horrible choices made by the publisher. The printing is so small, it can barely be read. What is worse, the ink for the printing is incredibly faint. I wanted to read the book, but gave up because it is almost unreadable. Double the size of the print, and triple the darkness of the ink, and this will be a modern day classic. Right now this book is junk, not because of the content, but due to the incompetence of the publisher. One would think that the CATO Institute would create a useful book, if, indeed they would like to produce something that would be useful and read.
