My co-workers purchased this for me as a Baby Shower gift. We have been using it for 11 months. I was so excited that they thought enough of me to purchase it and I loved the chair. After about month 9 the chair began to break apart. The arm came loose which concerned me because when I would nurse the baby her foot would go between the opening. I am so disappointed by this. Now the back frame has come apart. We were not rough with this chair. During the 9 month period I weighed between 175-200 pounds. I am the person that uses the chair the most in the evenings. This is not worth your time or money! I would not recommend this product. With this you get what you pay for. This item is poorly manufactured. I have added a video review. ************Update May 5, 2013************ I called the manufacturer, Stork Craft. I was told to send an email to the parts department. My email was responded to in about 2 days. I emailed the invoice and pictures of the issue along with model number sticker on the bottom of the chair. The company sent me replacement parts very quickly without a big hassle. However, my husband felt like this was a complete waste of time. Stork Craft said they cannot replace the entire chair and to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and explained the issue via email. As usual, Amazon was all over it. They issued a UPS tag within 1 business day. UPS came and picked up the chair. I have not seen the refund hit my account yet because it just arrived on their dock, but I am sure it will be in my account soon.
