Its not what it says. It scratched first day.
I was so disappointed, i took the pan out to make a fritata. i used a spatula to turn it and it scratched down the middle. the ad said it will work under any condition. It show a guy hammering it with a sludge hammer with concrete in the pan. What a joke. I sent it back.
