Absolute garbage product.
Product and support are absolute garbage. I thought the other reviews were exaggerations, so I purchased this luggage set. First trip using the luggage both zippers break on the 28" piece. I contact customer support and get a response saying I will need to pay shipping to get their broken suitcase back to them and possibly repaired. What a joke. I will never again buy a Samsonite product and neither should you.
