Do not rely on "guaranteed" warranty by Bionic. The hose worked well for a couple of months, but then began leaking in the middle of the hose, not at any connection. Emailed Bionic with proof of purchase. They asked for photos, which we sent, and they replied that replacement would be sent out immediately, and that we could check status online. But nothing happened. They never sent a replacement, and their online status system did not even recognize the order--so zero status. This was about 3 weeks from the original "confirmation" email from Bionic that the hose was on its way. So emailed them again, but Bionic would not reply at all. A couple of days later we called Bionic customer service number, and they said wait another 2 weeks (so 5 weeks total) and then call back if it doesnt arrive! Asked about why no email reply, and they said email again and we'd get a reply! Hopefully you won't need a replacement because Bionic warranty is a joke.
