The ball part is fine. It’s a ball. But I don’t know what it’s made out of because if you leave it sitting on anything it will destroy it. Seriously. Put it on a bedroom dresser. The next day when I picked it up it peeled up a circle of the finish. Completely. Thought it was the furniture as it’s not very expensive. Put it on the hardwood floor and checked a few hours later. Same thing. It was stripping the finish. If you need to strip the finish off of something, this is the product for you. Otherwise, I would find something else.
