I was really excited about buying this mattress. After reading reviews for weeks I decided on this one. I was looking for firmness, and comfort on a budget. I wanted to replace my current mattress that made a lot of noise. Arriving It came in a box. Popped up right way. It looked great! The moment I sat on it I knew it was going back. It sounded like the mattress I was trying to replace. It squeaks with every movement. I knew it would only get worse after that. I called amazon right away. I was so upset. Thinking I just wasted money purchasing a mattress online. However amazon customer service is amazing. They took care of everything. The noise of the mattress. The the feeling of the springs. I’m not sure how this mattress gets over 3 stars.
