The paint on the lower half is cracked and peeling. Not just a small spot, but the entire lower section. Underneath the paint, the steel is rusty. Not impressed with the quality on this. It appears like this metal was all rusty, and not store properly, then they tried just painting over it. It also seems like the paint did not cure properly. I called Torin customer service and they punted to Amazon. I'm sure Amazon will cover it, but a pain for a $20 item.
