I really liked this brush head - I tried two Phillips Sonic versions for sensitive gums. The other set was the older version. This new version was a bit stiffer but was still pretty gentle on my gums and overall I liked it on par or slightly better then the older version. However, after using the first brush-head of this set for ~6 weeks the very top bristle clump fell out while I was brushing my teeth and I ALMOST choked on it .... very dangerous and NOT something that you want to accidentally swallow! I thought maybe it was just an anomaly - and threw that one out & replaced with the new one. Then SAME thing happened only 2 weeks in with the new brush head!!! I am not going to buy this new version in the future - too risky. I would STRONGLY suggest that Phillips absolutely needs to check their quality standards and/or design to ensure the bristle clumps are SECURELY attached to the brush-head so that the risk of swallowing or choking on one that comes loose will not happen!!!!
