I would give this chair 4 or 5 stars, but warranty support doesn't seem to exist. There is no information I could find anywhere for it.. My chair arrived with a broken arm. I contacted amazon, and their only offer was to send me an entire new chair. I tried to figure out what is covered under the warranty, but there is no way to contact them. I just want to replace the arm rather than go through the waste of getting the entire chair replaced, and who knows if I even can now with everything going on. So, great chair, comfortable, the arms folding up is great so I can keep the chair pushed against my desk when I am not using it. I happened to get a bad one. That happens, I wouldn't knock the chair for that if there was actually anything I could do to get it fixed.
