I am an obsessed Amazon device customer. Over the last few years, I have found myself "needing" to buy their new devices because I've come to love and know their quality and ease of use was unlike anything out there. I must confess that I am very disappointed in this new Fire HD 10. It doesn't act or feel like the Amazon products I've come to know and desire. It is very slow to respond, looks too much like other tablets, freezes constantly, and not as user friendly. It has a cheap price probably because it was made using knock off parts. This is not an Amazon product. Not the ones I know and have grown so fond of. This is going back, and my strong disappointment from this let down experience has compromised my enthusiasm that has always boasted that Amazon's products are the best. I guess I can say pre Fire 10's were the best. I have every kindle fire model, their phone, fire stick, dash button, echo, but this... I can't put my finger on it...but this is not Amazon. Please try again. The HDX was the best and most impressive.
