I bought this step for my mother so that she could workout at home but it's not safe to use. It was delivered with one of the rubber pieces broken off from the bottom of the step. The rubber pieces prevent the step from sliding on a hard surface (e.g. wooden floor) or while on top of the risers. I have been a group exercise instructor for over 7 years and feel this step isn't safe without all rubber pieces secured to the bottom. I am disappointed with the condition at which the item was delivered to me in.
