If you are interested in buying one of these units, I highly insist you take your money elsewhere. This company extremely lacks customer support, and took months to get ahold of them about our unit that had would not work correctly upon our initial startup. And then still could not get ahold of anyone after having more issues with the unit. I have now had this unit for several months and have had minimal use because of the constant breakdowns we've experienced with it. You would think after spending $14,000 on a unit that the company would at least give some sort of support on a machine that doesn't even have 5 hours on it. We ended up taking the unit to our local pressure washer dealer(Great Lakes Hotsy) and they found multiple issues with it, one being that it was not plumbed correctly from the factory.
