This is a terrible product. I strongly recommend you get your magnesium from another supplement source. Like other reviews have stated, toxic chemicals such as propylene glycol are included in this pill. I wish I had read that before I began taking it. Within 5 days of taking this product I broke out in hives. The hives lasted 10 days, partially because I didn't realize that they were coming from this product so it took me a few days to stop using it. I have a sensitivity to propylene glycol in skincare products but have never heard of it in supplements, nor have I ever had a reaction to food or supplements like this. Do not buy this product.
