Installation was simple. I watched a YouTube video but there are pretty clear instructions from within the Wyze App. Camera works great. I haven't tested the audio but I didn't buy it for that. I bought so I can see who is stealing my deliveries. The added benefit is getting to see my 19 year old son flip off the camera when he leaves or comes home. Door chime works well. You really can beat this deal. Camera alerts everytime someone comes to the door. I just have an Amazon delivery and was alerted immediately. Very please with the ease and functionality of this item. UPDATE: 04/06/2022 I recently upgraded my phone from a MOTO G Fast to a MOTO G Power. Events from the other WYZE cameras I have playback without errors. I am unable to see event playbacks from the WYZE Doorbell Cam. This is, apparently, an issue with select phones and there are incidents reported as far back as March 2021 without resolution. Based on comments it does not appear that WYZE has put very much effort into solving or even identifying the cause of this problem. As of now I am looking at alternatives to WYZE products.
