Lots of mixed reviews here, I assumed people were technologically challenged so I decided to go for it and buy this printer anyways. First off, we are in our early 30s and we have tons of technology in our house, so this was not an issue of being technologically challenged or unable to trouble-shoot. Set up was easy, printer looks great, was working just fine. Within a few days we started getting E4 and E3 error codes with every print job, those are for paper jams and issues with the ink cartridge. Neither was a problem. Then we got a generic error that even the HP app couldn't define, just said "something is wrong with the printer". We can't even print a single page without errors coming up. Hard reset and using the advice of the HP app did not solve the issues, we are returning the printer. Maybe we got a bad batch, our old HP from 10 years ago was great. We are returning the item and getting a refund, going with a different printer.
