I received this item and after setting it up according to directions, the lamp turned on for about 3 minutes before turning off and not turning back on. The lamp itself looks sleek and nice, however I ordered the bronze color and certain pieces were in clearly different tones so when attached, it looked almost colorblocked. I contacted the seller via an email address provided on a flyer within the package to ask if they had any ideas for fixing it or something I'd done wrong (returning isn't easy/ideal since I have a disability) and their auto reply said they'd reply in 24 hours, but after 5 days I still have received no response. Sadly I will have to return which sucks, since I was really excited about this product.
