I would not give this to a toddler or to an older child if a baby/toddler is in the house. The battery compartment is too easy to open and babies/toddlers can die from ingesting a button cell battery. Also, there was an extra button cell battery just floating around in the packaging. If I would have given this to my 2 year old without noticing he could have gotten a hold of it and that terrifies me. I am so glad I decided to open the package last night to check it out before giving it to my son this morning for Easter.The description on Amazon page says for ages 2 and up even though actual product says 3 and up. I wouldn't give it to any child under 7 though and I wouldn't give it to any child if I had young ones in the house. I cannot speak to how well the product works but I do recommend extreme caution or another product if you have young ones in your home.
