Has a 3 year warranty but didn't last beyond 2. Rain Drip customer service first told me that I had to go through Amazon; Amazon said it could only be returned up to 30days- That I had to go through Rain Drip. On the warranty page it states a 3 year warrant through Rain Drip from time of purchase. Get this! I called Rain Drip back, now the customer service said that their tech could help me. Roger Valdez said he needed the manufacturing code when the timer was made- I asked why; "that's what we go by for the warranty" I explained that's not at all what your warranty states. After an argument for several minutes, I told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor - only then did he offer to send me a new one. I have since emailed Roger 3 times asking for an ETA, but have never heard back from him.... He should be fired in my opinion, unless this is Rain Drips policy to put their customers through hoops while misrepresenting their warranty. Extremely dissatisfied. I recommend either Orbit or RainBird which has been great products. Stay away from the Drips!!!!!
