Very disappointing product, I have only used it once and I will not be using it a second time. With no guards, I used it to trim the area around my beard. I had to go over my cheek area several times to get a semblance of a line and even then I'll need a razor blade to clean up the patchy mess. When I did my neck, it was very clear that the groomer is incapable of making a clean line. When I used it to try and clean up the area around my lip I actually cut myself - that has never happened with any groomers Ive used (and Ive used many over the years). That is when I noticed my neck bleeding is several spots. Horrible with the guard!!! With the guard, I had better hopes I can at least groom the beard itself. I did what I normally do -- combed my beard out, then used the groomer with downward strokes. It ruined my growth, patches everywhere. This groomer is an absolute turd, in the past I have had Norelcos before but I've never been so disgusted. Anyone reading this that wants a nice beard and/or values their skin, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
