It totally works. It does make slushy’s when cup is completely frozen. My child was making lots of frozen lemonade by himself (12) and one night I asked him to try it and it’s had a salty acid taste . At first I thought lemonade was bad , my child then took a bite and spit it out . After I rinsed cup I could squeeze it and whatever liquid is in the cup that freezes was spraying out in 4 different different areas. Makes me wonder how long it was leaking And how many slushy’s my child had with that stuff leaching into it . Cheap poor quality and quite possibly dangerous !! Hope it’s not toxic .
