Stopped working after the first try. So disappointing!
Currently I own two Deebots. I purchased a second Deebot 661 because I like this brand: strong suction, easy to use and durable. That was with my first one. So I followed this good brand with my second Deebot. I even bought a 3 year warranty for another $43.99 However...after its first time vacuuming it stopped completely. I had NO info whom to contact and where to send it back for repair. My warranty papers did not mention anything of that nature. I feel so disappointed! So I have to go public for your help??? Do you read me, Deebot company?
