I'm allergic to most drugs and I use herbs and homeopathic for most things. I thought I'd give this product a try. Have had knee pain for years. As far as I can tell, this product is not doing a thing for me. In fact my knees feel worse. If you have difficulty swallowing - the capsules are very large (take it in a spoonful of applesauce). The better alternative is something I've taken for years - Source Naturals Injuv Hyaluronic Acid. I don't know what "injuv" is, but plain hyaluronic acid does nothing for me.
