I had this at a 5 star product because it's hard to find quality products that have everything in one that I need to help my stomach issues. I placed this down to a 1 star now because they changed the formulation to include maltodextrin which is a sugar and known to cause blood sugar spikes & other issues. I only realized it after taking it for a few weeks & during routine lab work my fasting 12+ hr insulin level was sky high. The only thing I'd had the 12 hours prior were my meds & plain water. I stopped taking this immediately & will now have to find another manufacturer. To Mary Ruth's - for the love of the gods please don't put sugar in capsules! We don't need them to taste good they don't get chewed!
