This watch has served me well over the past 2 years both for swimming laps and for a way to check the time in the middle of the night when I'm either feeding my baby or telling my two year old it's not time to wake up. (I don't like looking at my iPhone for the time because I find the screen light wakes me up too much.) However, two things: (1) the bands break and (2) I'm very frustrated with Timex in trying to find the replacement. I have two watches that have had bands break and replacing them as been a giant pain! I think you have to call customer service and send a check to post office box and wait for them to send you a replacement. It's 2016. The process shouldn't be that involved. Also, I type this as I sit on the phone waiting to speak to someone to get the address and make sure I'm ordering the correct band. This is my second attempt to call them and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. I understand that Timex would rather you just buy a whole new watch and, indeed, that would be easier. However, I'm stickler for the environment and don't believe we should just throw things out that can be fixed. UPDATE: I was able to speak to someone (Faye) at Timex and she was very helpful. I've ordered a replacement strap for $12. I did leave feedback with her supervisor, Mrs. Robinson, that I would like a way to order these replacement bands online.
