03/21/2018: UPDATE This incubator just cooked my entire hatch of Day 19 chicks. Lost at least 20 viable movers and shakers. I checked it before left for work this morning and temp and humidity was fine. Came home excited to remove the auto turner, prepping for the chicks to start hatching... and my backup glass thermometer was topped out at 120 degrees and have no clue how long it had been that way. The UNIT temp was showing all 000s and the humidity and day count was functional. This unit malfunctioned and I am incredibly annoyed. i am contacting the company and leaving review here, wanting a resolution from this company. Disappointing. 03/20/2018: At the end of my hatch and its been a frustrating 18 days...Frustrated the day count isnt changing and randomly resets to zero without loss of power to the unit...temp isn't staying steady and doesn't match calibrated glass thermometer, and humidity is a challenge. I see many similar reviews, im considering purchasing a better rated product for the future.
