Have been using Clarisonic since 2008, and never have had any problems with the brush heads and am quite strict about replacing my brush heads every 3 months. Decided to purchase this produce on subscribe and save to save some money and for the convenience, it appeared to be a true Clarisonic product. Since purchasing two brush heads here, both have had problems with the bristles falling out; the first happened about 6 weeks into changing the brush head, and the second has happened 3 months into changing the brush head. I have never had this problem before!! I remain highly suspicious these are imposter brush heads even though they certainly appear authentic including the box. Instead of saving me money, I have gone through 2 brush heads in about the same time as I would typically use one. And in the event these are the real deal, then Clarisonic, you have a huge quality issue that needs looking in to.
