Scam
This product appears to be a scam. This is supposed to have an upgraded 4.2.2 board. Recently I opened the box after the printer has been having major problems (one of the axes stops working during printing) and discovered that it actually has a 1.1.5 board. Picture attached. See the board number at the bottom middle of the board. The print problem I am having is specific to the 1.1.5 board, so comgrow appears to have repackaged a 1.1.5 and a 4.2.2, and as a result I do not have a working printer. Contacting Amazon to let them know, but buyer beware.
Update: Comgrow has indeed confirmed via email that they are actually randomly shipping a random mix of 1.1.5 and the newer boards despite their clear advertising of the newer board. This is a big deal - the older boards are 8 bit instead of 32 bit and apparently lack a bootloader so that you need real expertise to flash their firmware. For this reason, I have paid 400 bucks for a brick. Right now Comgrow is trying to tell me that I have to keep this board and that they will not replace it. Total scam.
