I ordered this bed in April for my spa. Within a few months it started tipping over and causing clients to fall out of it. There had been no change in the set up, the bed or the room. I contacted the supplier and they said they would not do anything for me unless I provided a video of a person in the bed and it tipping over, which of course I said no to as I am not going to risk a client getting injured in my business!! Without a video they refused to provide me with any assistance. Tried to say it had to be my flooring or how it was set up which it is not as I had it for 3 months with no issues and then it started tipping over, so to me this is an indication of the poor quality of this bed and that it simply does not hold up!!! NOW I am constantly scared that it will tip over and have to be in the room before any client gets into the bed. Eventually this supplier even stopped responding to my emails about the issues. THIS BED IS NOT SAFE BUT I CANNOT AT THIS TIME AFFORD TO REPLACE IT SO IM STUCK!!! DO NOT ORDER THIS BED FROM THIS SUPPLIER
