First, two weeks of my warranty was spent awaiting the arrival of the laptop. (Warranty starts with purchase.) Wonderful laptop works as advertised, except headphone jack doesn't work properly, which I didn't discover for a couple of weeks. I called for technical support, spent hours on the phone with no fix. Then I called for a repair. After verifying again the problem, LG is sending me a shipping label, and I have to package it up to send it back. I called for the repair on Friday, and the agent says the shipping label won't arrive until Monday or Tuesday. Then they say it will take 7-10 days to repair after they receive it, without an offer to overnight it back to me. That's another two weeks of no use and another two weeks out of my warranty. Meanwhile, because of shipping time and taking two weeks to find the problem, Amazon informs me I can't return the product. I am so mad, and I will report progress. I love the big screen and low weight. Sigh....
