I’ve been buying these off of amazon for about a year now and the REAL product works great. I have an old English bulldog that used to get severe irritation on her face and tail folds. However, the last time this item came I noticed the color and texture of the pads were different. Typically they are a pink color and the material is soft and thin (see pics). This time they were white and the material was very stiff with a rough texture. I assumed they may have changed their formulation and proceeded to use them on my dog. She ended up with irritated, red and seemingly painful wrinkle folds :( She would back away from the pad and not want me to use them on her. I decided to get these off Chewy instead and when those they came in they looked how they usually did. When I compared the two containers I noticed some slight discrepancies between the two packages.
