My complaint is not with the product in general, but with the seller. I’ve been using this product for many years with good results and no problems. However this recently received batch is bad. The silver packages that hold the vials arrived flat, and the vials open way too easily. This batch is not killing fleas, and (for the first time ever) has burned my cat’s neck and caused the hair to fall out. I don’t know if I got a bad batch, if it was stored improperly prior to shipment, or if they have been tampered with, but I am not happy and would like a refund.
