Strathwood Basics Adirondack Chair, Dark Brown I love adirondack chairs but they can be pricy. When I saw this one for $99 I was very interested. After reading the reviews I decided to go with the dark stain because the white seemed to be problematic. My husband and I agreed that with all the negative reviews stating the chair arrived damaged we would only order one. The one we ordered came and one of the back slats was cracked so we had to return it. This is not a $200 chair on sale for $99. In my opinion This is a cheaply made $50 chair being sold for $99. The wood is thin, etc. This is not a beefy chair. The least expensive Adirondack chairs I have ever seen are $150 to $175 on sale at the end of the summer. Buying this one is a risk.
