Overall the mouse is functional and meets my needs. However, it gets disconnected from Bluetooth about 2 or 3 times throughout the workday. In the past I've had Bluetooth mice that would disconnect after a period of inactivity, but that's not what's happening here. It's disconnecting while in use, making for a frustrating experience. It will generally reconnect automatically after about 20-30 seconds. My laptop doesn't have an available USB-A port, so I don't have the option of using the USB dongle. This mouse will not charge with a standard UDB-C cable / charger. It only works with the included USB-C -> USB-A cable. UPDATE: Since I originally posted this review the seller has been contacting me daily asking that I delete the review and offering me compensation in return. This review is a fair representation of the product, which I continue to use almost every day, and I will not be removing it. Sellers that bribe customers into deleting bad reviews are violating Amazon's terms of service and undermining the value of customer feedback within the Amazon community.
