Very Disappointed. I purchased this fan less than a year ago and it already stopped working. It will power on, but will not blow any air on any setting. It was a great fan up until now. I contacted the warranty company and they said they will replaced the fan BUT I have to ship the old one back to them first, at my cost. So in order to get my $50 fan replaced, I have to go and buy a box big enough to fit the fan and then ship it back for $30+. At that point it's not even worth the hassal. I feel that I should not be responsible for shipping on the return.
