Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I usually rely on customer reviews before i buy anything from Amazon. I saw a good reviews for this product, so I thought I replace my old robot (not a dolphin) which I had for 4 years with this one. here is the pros and cons pros 1- top loading of the filter (you do not have to flip to take it out and clean 2- fast running around the pool so I assume better section cons 1- the top loading feature is a joke, its 4 pieces to disassemble and assemble again and takes twice as much time and effort. 2- the power supply is not water resistant or waterproof. its a cheap box that you should keep inside. its disappointing provided this devise is designed for pools (all pools have water and most of them are outside). 3- the suction and cleaning is mediocre at best and leaves a line of dirt behind, like a bad artist. 4- the unit is heavy and not easy to remove from the pool. so be aware. 5- customer service is just as mediocre and inefficient as it can be. I guess because they get a lot of complaints from customers, which is frustrating to the callers as much as to the people answering the calls. good products in my experience always have good customer service back up. 6- I retuned the item after I called amazon CSV and although I got approval by the seller for a full refund, I got back less than half the paid price. it was a rip off as I was not told they will change me $ 375 return fee.
