After purchasing and using this product over a year now, I had to return the 1st drive due to failure...returned drive got a 2nd replacement drive and the 2nd drive failed in under 90 days. Seagate sent another replacement and now the 3rd drive failed last night 120 days after receiving the replacement ...if i hadn't had a 2nd back drive all my data would be lost. I have digital photo of my family dating back to the mid 90s. Ok I get it things break... but 3 bad drives...someone needs to kick the QA team at Seagate because thats not acceptable.
