I ordered two of these. I ended up sending one back and it took over a month of nearly daily emails before they finally issued the refund. They claimed all sorts of issues as to why they couldn't refund my money even though the device had been delivered to their locations weeks earlier. For the one I actually kept a few months in the dampener broke. It didn't just break a little it absolutely broke apart and left black foam literally all over my bed. It was a huge mess. I reached out to Therabody support again to get help with this warranty issue. They refused to help, claimed that attachments only have a warranty of 30 days and should be replaced every 60-90 days no matter what. So this dampener is $20 on their site and has to be replaced every two months. No where do they display the short life expectancy of these devices. To top it all off they claimed they couldn't find record of my orders which is laughable since I sent them so many email about the return of one of them. I do not recommend this company at all.
