I've had an Inverter microwave from Panasonic for close to 7 years and love it but it started making sounds when off and I dont trust it anymore. This led me to buying this new cyclonic inverter microwave. I know it gets good reviews but the quality has dropped from previous models. Buttons are no longer chrome, the front door doesn't line up perfectly and it is burning the hell out of my food on all sensor settings. The last straw was when I set it to ground meat and cooked a burger. It not only burned it to charcoal but didnt stop cooking although smoke came pouring out and the walls of the oven were burning hot. This is a fire hazard. Returning mine. This is my second try as the first try had a door that would not close tight at the right top section.
