I am so disappointed – DO NOT BUY! I purchased these pillows in December 2016 & today is the day I'm throwing them OUT!!! Let me explain, the pillows seemed fine when I purchased them from Amazon . . . but after one washing they interior filling became a lumpy mess. I did everything according to the laundry instructions & even tried washing them again thinking that would help? If possible, they became more lumpy & uncomfortable. Of course by then . . . IT WAS TOO LATE TO RETURN THEM TO AMAZON! I was so unhappy & embarrassed after spending $100 on pillows that I have continued to use them in another (guest) bedroom. Every time I look at them I feel scammed/ripped OFF. Today . . . I’M THROWING THEM OUT. FYI: If you call My Pillows they will connect you with their "alleged" AMAMZON CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. You will get a recording asking to leave a message & NO ONE will EVER call you back. I know this as I called & left ALL information with My Pillow 5 times!!!
