Don't trust the picture or the specs. The specs between Amazon and the box even differ! I received the APDAM2 which claims to span 26 inch stud spacing, yet the Amazon spec indicates it covers 24 inch. Well guess what neither of them were correct. The mounting plate was only 20 inches long. Contacted Cheetah, first they were closed early (1/2 hr) took most of the next day before they returned my call. Only comment was that Amazon was the fullfiller, they must have sent the wrong product! They sent a product in a box that doesn't match the specs on the box. No help at all and they didn't even have a good excuse. I also found it interesting that there was no address, phone number, email address or website listed on the box or the instructions. Making it rather difficult to try and make contact with the vendor. Update 2/7/2012 Cheetah initially didn't offer to do anything for me when I first contacted them. I bought and installed a different mount. Several weeks after requesting a refund and posting this review, they became interested in helping me. They did try and make things right but a little too late. It seems they had a number of mounts get packaged in the wrong box, had I got the right mount when originally ordered it probably would have matched these specs.
