Not impressed
As someone who actually purchased this book, I'm not impressed. I feel that the recipes needed to go thru a test kitchen to ensure accuracy, as the timing and measurements on baked items and others are not accurate. I found myself editing this cookbook, and I've never had to do this with any other cookbook I've ever bought. My other gripe is that the recipe for Mac n cheese in the book is different than the 1 online. Do yourself a favor and just look up his recipes online. Get the book if you want to see pretty pictures and read stories (i give my 2 stars for the photos and stories). Hopefully, he'll do a
2nd edition with updates.
