I am disappointed with this product. I first purchased mine July 5 and had to return it because it broke within a week of riding it. I purchased a replacement 3 days later. When I received this new one, the box was in perfect condition every part was wrapped nicely, but to my surprise a fender (even though it was wrapped perfectly in foam strips and cardboard surrounding them) had a large dent and paint had been scrapped off. How did that happen? Well, after finding this I contacted Pacific Cycles and requested a replacement fender. I am still waiting... it has been almost 2 months. I called them again and I was told there were 21 on back order and 100 of them coming in, the funny thing about that is, I was told that they wouldn't receive the fenders for another month or two or maybe longer. So, to make a long story short, I will NEVER again purchase a bicycle or tricycle from Pacific Cycles (Schwinn). There are many positive reviews about this tricycle, but I personally believe that the quality of this trike doesn't justify the price. This trike should be sold for as little as $99.99. P.s. If you experience a noise near the rear of the trike, it is due to poor design and craftsman ship. as there are two very large spacers between the bearings (that the drive shaft passes through) that are detached and move about while you ride. Pacific Cycles recommend that you oil and tighten the outer bolts of the drive shaft a few time and that will fix the noise. Wrong! to fix this have someone weld some inserts in the hubs of the rear end so that the bearings don't push through (yes it is too much work). (update) Well, this one just like my first one, broke and the funny thing is, that it broke in the same place which was the chain for the driving shaft.
