Goodbye Forever TurboTax. Time to switch to TaxAct. All forms for $28 and it reads TurboTax PDF files.
If you have sales of securities like stock, that requires a Sch. D which is no longer supported by the Deluxe version (new for tax year 2014). You have to buy the Premium version for $20 more. If you have business income (Sch. C), you'll have to pay even more for the Home & Business version. TaxAct offers all forms for less than $30. It can also read TurboTax files (from the PDF version). Definitely time to stop buying TurboTax.
