Since writing this review, I’ve gotten no less than 1 email a week begging me to remove my review in exchange for payment. This is fraudulent and I will not comply. This item did not work, it was not a quality product, and now I’m being harassed by the company. Do not buy from these people, they are not honest. 1. It doesn’t shave well, even after 20mins on the same sweater, there’s no noticeable difference. 2. It’s hard to hold because the container that captures the shavings slides off 3. It eats batteries because you have to go over & over & over the same spots, only to get frustrated and give up. 4. To try and clean, you have to have a pencil or Bobby pin to be able to dig into the capture container & up inside the blade compartment. Don’t worry though, it doesn’t actually shave anything, so you probably won’t ever need to clean it.
